In 2009, I was running the Veselý Čertík family center. Nearly 200 clients, registrations in Excel, cancellations by phone, invoices written by hand. I was leading courses, but most of my time went into spreadsheets and daily chaos.
One day I said to myself: 'There has to be a better way.' I started looking for a booking system that would make my work easier. But I couldn't find anything simple and affordable at the same time.

My husband Honza, who is a programmer, couldn't stand watching any longer and suggested building me a custom tool. A simple tool to process registrations. That's how WEBOOKER was born.
Gradually, more features were added: invoicing, payment matching, cancellations, substitute lessons, reports, statistics… The little helper grew step by step into a reliable online system that is now used by hundreds of schools, clubs and course leaders across the Czech Republic. And now we're bringing WEBOOKER to Germany.
WEBOOKER has been with us for over 15 years. It's our 'third child' and still serves its original purpose: saving time and creating space for what really matters – growth, peace of mind and joy in your work.
